Michael Warren J.D. ’02 is a partner at the law firm McManis Faulkner. He leads the firm’s labor and employment litigation and compliance practice. Employers come to him for help with a variety of issues, including discrimination, wage and hour, harassment, leaves of absence, disability accommodation, workplace investigations, employment policies, and class actions. Michael is a member of the Labor and Employment Sections of the American Bar Association and State Bar of California, and serves on the board of directors of the Santa Clara County Bench and Bar Historical Society. He is also a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and a member of the American Inns of Court, the Honorable William A. Ingram Inn. Michael serves on the board of directors for Family Supportive Housing, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing shelter and supportive services to homeless families in Santa Clara County.
