Michael Thomas ’99 has entered the seminary after feeling called to the priesthood in law school at Boston College. After earning his bachelor’s degree at SCU and obtaining his JD, he was a District Attorney representing the State of Utah, prosecuting felonies and misdemeanors. He was also a trial attorney at a large law firm in California. Shortly afterward Confession with Rev. Jan Bednarz, he decided to be fully open to the idea of priesthood. He says he has never been freer or happier since starting his pre-theology Master of Arts program in August.
