Michael Souza ’87 was declared the Male Citizen of the Year by the Tracy Chamber of Commerce. The award was part of Tracy’s 60th annual Community Recognition Awards which commends community service and betterment. Souza was awarded for his dedication to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Tracy, the Grand Foundation, and the Tracy Learning Center. He and his wife also helped start the work on the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts.
