Michael (Mike) C. DePrie ’60 was born in Oak Hill, West Virginia. He was a graduate of SCU and served in the Army for 22 years, retiring as a highly decorated lieutenant colonel, receiving four Bronze Stars across two tours of duty in the Vietnam War. He also co-founded DePrie & Adkisson, where he was a CPA for over 25 years. At 80 years old, Mike died on May 17, 2019. He is survived by Ruth Bellis DePrie, his wife of 57 years; daughter Elizabeth and son-in-law Brian Glenn; son Michael DePrie; and grandchildren Rachel and David Glenn. He is preceded in death by parents Leo and Virginia DePrie.
