At SCU, Michael McDevitt ’69 made a mark on the rowing team and was known among friends for his love of beach BBQs, musicals, and the Beatles. He started his advertising career at Ogilvy & Mather in Los Angeles. Later, he worked in executive positions at the Newspaper Advertising Bureau, Conde Nast’s Parade Magazine, and Zenith Media. Michael died on Dec. 16, 2021.
