Melinda Becker ’04, M.A. ’06, a classical singer, recently earned her M.F.A. in Vocal Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. She performs frequently as a soloist and as a member of Duo Fado in the U.S. and internationally, with guitarist Thomas Walsh. This July, they were featured in a Spanish song festival in Madrid, Spain and will begin a London concert tour in September. Melinda is a member of the music faculty at Marymount College in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., and lives in San Francisco.
