Mary Mielke JD ’73 JD ’76 treasured her friend and considered them family. She called Washington, D.C. and Chevy Chase, MD her home. She practiced law in California and served as General Counsel to the House Judiciary Committee. She was noted by her co-workers to be smart as a whip, and she held great judgment and a great sense of humor. Mary died July 17, 2022.
