Martin Vonnegut

Martin Vonnegut ’58 MBA ’62 celebrated the 50th anniversary of his work on Apollo 11. He was a 33-year-old launch operations manager for the Communications Satellite Corporation. He was vital in relaying the astronauts’ data back to earth. For the anniversary, Vonnegut was featured in The Salinas Californian in which he detailed his role in Apollo 11 and his invite to Buzz Aldrin’s celebration at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library.
