Mark Silacci MBA ’91 is owner of Swenson & Silacci Flowers in Salinas and Monterey.

Swenson & Silacci Flowers opened as Swenson Flowers in 1945, and Edward Silacci, Mark’s father, became a partner in 1966. After Mark received his MBA from SCU, he worked in advertising and at Household Credit Service before joining his dad in the family firm in 1993. Today, Mark oversees the operation, but his father still remains active in the business.

Named one of the Top 50 florists in the nation by FTD, Swenson & Silacci has also been honored by the Wholesale Florist and Florist Association as the National Retail Florist of the Year in 2004.
