Mark Manalo MBA/J.D. ’24 has joined the San Jose office of Structure Law Group, LLP as a Silicon Valley transactional attorney focusing on business transactions and providing cross-practice support across the firm. With experience in mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, commercial contracts, and corporate governance, Manalo brings a well-rounded legal and business perspective. A recipient of the Emery Merit Scholarship, Manalo also studied international business and intellectual property law at Singapore Management University. Previously, he worked with startups through the Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic, serving as a research assistant for SCU Professor Anna Han, and holding legal roles in Silicon Valley and Seoul, South Korea.
