An adventurous spirit both in life and in thought, Marilyn Dubach ’71 died April 20, 2024. As a high school math teacher, Marilyn enjoyed staying on top of the latest scientific breakthroughs and relished discussing science and math with her children. Her other great passion was rooting for the 49ers and Raiders while her daughter was on the cheerleading teams. Marilyn could often be found swimming at the Bay Club or walking her dogs on valley trails. She was a true animal lover and knew every dog in her neighborhood. She firmly believed California was the most beautiful place on earth and loved visiting the central coast or Lake Tahoe. Marilyn is survived by family, including husband John Dubach ’71.
