Margaret Woodard ’69 touched the lives of countless women and their babies through her compassion as a labor and delivery nurse and midwife at Los Angeles County Hospital. Margy had a natural ability to serve others and was a great mentor to many student nurses at Azusa Pacific University. Outside of work, Margy was a devoted mother and made the sacrifice of working the night shift so she could be home during the day for her children. Margy died May 13, 2024, and is survived by family, including husband William Woodard ’69 and sister-in-law Margaret Canning ’72.
