Lloyd A. Schmidt ’78, J.D. ’81 has joined Hoge Fenton, a law firm headquartered in Silicon Valley, bringing over 30 years of experience. A veteran in his field, Schmidt is a practicing attorney specializing in corporate advising, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions. He was previously a shareholder of Hopkins & Carley and served as its chair of the corporate, tax, and business transactions department. At Hoge Fenton, he looks forward to advising and counseling clients in technology, e-commerce, and a multitude of other sectors.
