Lloyd Pierce ’98 has been hired by 76ers coach Brett Brown as assistant coach. Pierce had previous stints with the Memphis Grizzlies, Golden State Warriors, and Cleveland Cavaliers. The San Jose native played for Santa Clara University from 1994-98 and played professionally in Mexico, Australia and Germany before returning to Santa Clara to join then-coach Dick Davey‘s staff.
