As Bechtel’s treasurer, Kevin Leader MBA ’92 has global responsibility for all cash operations, short-term investments, foreign currency, and relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Kevin also oversees the coordination of project-specific banking matters for Bechtel entities, operations, projects, and joint ventures around the world. Kevin joined Bechtel in 2001 as director of corporate finance and was appointed treasurer in 2003. He was also elected a principal vice president in 2008. Prior to Bechtel, Kevin spent more than 15 years in corporate banking, most recently as managing director with Bank of America’s global corporate and investment-banking group. He is a member of Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Economic Advisory Council.
