Kathy Priest J.D. ’98 has been at CData Software, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, for nearly two years. She is general counsel, VP, and secretary of the board—a multifaceted role in which she is responsible for all company legal matters, including corporate and board governance, licensing, employment, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and running all human resources functions.
