Julie Ertz ’14 and Zach Ertz welcomed their first child on August 11, 2022. They named their son is Madden Matthew Ertz. After playing every minute of the U.S. Women’s National Team’s four matches at the 2023 World Cup, Ertz announced she was retiring from soccer.
