Julia Harper Cooper ’84 was recently recognized by the Silicon Valley Business Journal as one of 2016 Women of Influence in which one hundred women were selected from private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Julia has served in a number of key positions over her nearly 30-year career with the City of San Jose and is currently the director of finance.
