Josh Hicks ’95, J.D. ’98 is a new shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, a firm practicing in the areas of real estate, natural resources, public policy, corporate, and litigation. Hicks is a member of the firm’s government relations department and taxation group. His tax practice focuses on Nevada state and local tax matters, ranging from tax planning to litigated tax controversies. Hicks’ government affairs practice focuses on representation before the Nevada Legislature, local governments and state government agencies. In addition, Hicks practices in all aspects of Nevada campaign finance and election law, including all aspects of ballot initiatives.
