In high school, John Vranizan ’58 met Carole, and together they built a 68-year partnership. Guided by deep Catholic faith, John devoted himself to service through the Army Reserves, parish leadership, and steadfast support of Catholic education. He built a respected career in the forest products industry, earning national recognition for his energy efficiency work, yet remained most proud of being nicknamed “Grandpa Fix-It” by his grandchildren. John died on April 20, 2025 and is survived by daughter Mary Cohen ’84. John was predeceased by brother Edward Vranizan ’52.
