Earning a degree in electrical engineering gave John Katsaros MBA ’79 the itch to move to California, where he co-founded the Internet Research Group, a security and infrastructure research agency. John earned an MBA from Santa Clara and authored two books, Selling High Tech: High Ticket and Getting It Right the First Time. John met his wife, Robin, at a bar in Menlo Park and liked to joke that was the most expensive drink of his life. during this time, and their love persevered for 40 years. They raised two sons, and John loved coaching their baseball teams. He died May 16, 2024.
