John Hogan M.B.A. ’08 is the founder of TeenForce, a self-sustaining non-profit organization that helps teens, ages 13-20, gain work experience. Hogan had a successful 24 year career in the mortgage banking industry, including co-founding Princeton Capital, a Los Gatos based lender. The TeenForce concept was conceived during his work at SCU, and the business plan for TeenForce was developed by Hogan along with four classmates as part of the final coursework. He resides in Los Gatos, Calif. with his wife and daughter, a senior at Los Gatos High. Their son is a college freshman.
