John Deis ’66 spent time at SCU completing unfinished business—getting the degree he had not completed years before at the University of Portland. It was in Portland that he met, fell for, and married Phyllis. The couple raised seven children. Deis died Feb. 29, 2020 in Rocklin, CA.
