John James Cummings ’85, an April Fools Day baby, died Aug. 29, 2023. John was a successful business owner as a financial advisor for his Albuquerque community for more than 30 years. Loyal, thoughtful, and generous, John knew how to foster meaningful and lasting relationships. In his presence, you always felt seen, heard, understood. He could also make a mean breakfast of cheesy eggs and cooked the best steak or burger you’ve ever had.
