1970

John Clinton MBA ’70 spent most of his career with the San Mateo Times Newspaper Group, working as editor and publisher of The Times until it was sold in 1996. Afterward, he worked for nonprofits Caminar and the Peninsula Community Foundation. John also co-founded United American Bank, served on the board of the San Mateo County Historical Association, and volunteered with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. John was also the fun dad, uncle, and grandpa. A skilled magician, he went by The Great Clintoni when performing for family, friends, and colleagues.
