Joe Harkins ’76 writes: "I live in San Ramon, CA with my wife of 30 years. We raised three children (28, 25, and 23). Last year was a big year for us with the birth of our first grandchild, the marriage of our middle daughter, and the graduation of my youngest as a Civil Engineer from Santa Clara. I work at Lawrence Berkeley Lab managing design and construction of laboratories and scientific stuff."
