After being diagnosed with a rare bone marrow disease in 2003, I finally had to undergo a bone marrow transplant from an unrelated donor in June 2011. Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary last August; and our 18-year-old daughter is a freshman at U.C. Davis. Living in Campbell, Calif., and looking forward to returning to work as a brand strategist at Cisco once I am fully recovered.”
