Jill Klees M.A. ’95 is the newest member of the Career Center team at Santa Clara. Jill is the counselor for alumni as well as graduate students in counseling psychology, education, and pastoral ministries.

Jill has worked in the career coaching field for more than 15 years in both academic and corporate environments. She gained extensive experience working in startup, nonprofit, and technology-based industries providing career-related resources within the Silicon Valley marketplace.  

Jill has extensive programming experience in developing innovative tools and resources to prepare her clients for the workforce and is highly skilled in helping her clients determine their unique talents and strengths. She holds a master’s degree in counseling from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
