Jess Robert Herrera M.S. ’74 died peacefully at home on November 17, 2014, at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Alicia. His family includes 6 children, 7 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. He was a loving, giving, brilliant man, amazing father and grandfather and he left us to join his beautiful Alicia. Jess had deep devotion to his family and his Catholic faith. He will be deeply missed. Born in Northern California. Dad earned his B.S. from Texas A&M University and M.S. from Santa Clara University. He retired from PG&E in 1989 as an officer of the company. Jess was an active and dedicated participant in his parish and archdiocese.
