Jennifer Estremera J.D. ’07 played a key role in helping Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg LLP (RJLF) secure a $236 million willful infringement jury verdict for software company Densify against VMware, a cloud computing company, following a nine-day patent trial in the District of Delaware in a case involving complex virtualization technology.  The verdict has been recognized in The National Law Journal’s 2021 “Verdicts Hall of Fame” as the seventh highest IP verdict in the nation over the past five years.  Jennifer serves as Deputy Managing Partner of RJLF and was one of the partners leading the trial team.
