Jeanne-rie (Bourcier) Carr ’86, is in her second year as an Independent Study teacher for high school students in Redding, CA. She is active as a Girl Scout Troop leader for high school girls, and is a Regional Delegate for Girl Scouts Northern California. In July 2016, JM will chaperone Girl Scouts travelling to Peru. With her husband, Jeff, and kids, Marie & Brendan, the family had been hosting students from France to promote global understanding and to build life-long friendships celebrating cultures through immersion. Jeanne-rie is currently serving on the SCU Board of Directors and gearing up for the Grand Reunion for Class of 1986!
