Jeanette Roca ’87 treasured every relationship and remained deeply grateful to those who supported her through her illness. In college, Jeanette met the love of her life and future husband, John “Vince” Roca ’86. After working as an activities director at a nursing home and a breastfeeding consultant, Jeanette’s devotion to faith and teaching led her to a long career as a religion teacher and director of religious education at Immaculate Conception School in North Little Rock, Ark. Jeanette radiated generosity and goodness, whether with her family, her beloved cats, or her many friends. She died on Aug. 2, 2025, and was preceded in death by father Adolf Eitner ’55.
