In her lifetime, Jayne Booker MTS ’22 joined the Peace Corps serving in West Africa, worked for the International Management and Development Institute in D.C., and was a managing partner at Deloitte for nine years, five of which were spent in South Africa. After returning to America in 1999, Jayne settled down in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2010, she became the founder and CEO of Brandywine Associates, a consulting firm for nonprofit foundations, after years of grant-making for African reproductive health and library organizations. Jayne had an unquenchable love of learning and believed strongly in the value of education. She returned to school and received her Master of Theological Studies in May 2022. Jayne died on March 15, 2023.
