James Williams ’76 had an infectious sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. Jamie had a distinguished career in the banking industry, serving as California market president of Sterling Bank, president & CEO of Greater Bay Bank Marin, and more. He also held management positions at Wells Fargo and Union Bank, earning recognition for his expertise, leadership, and ability to build and mentor successful teams. Outside of work, Jamie was passionate about sports, playing baseball and participating in college tennis and rugby. Jamie died on Oct. 22, 2024.
