The second edition of Radical Collaboration by James Tamm J.D. ’75 was published by HarperCollins. The first edition has been on Amazon’s top-seller list for negotiation, organizational psychology and collaboration books for most of the past 15 years. Tamm retired as a senior administrative law judge with the California Public Employment Board in 2001. He is on the faculty of the International Management Program at the Stockholm School of Economics and the Leadership Academy of the University of California and the Wallenberg Institute in Stockholm. Over the years Tamm has also taught collaboration skills in the Talent Development Program at Harvard University and the NASA Management Education Program as well as authored collaboration training materials that have been translated into 18 languages. He has worked in over 35 countries and lives in Cuernavaca, Mexico.
