Jim Spain ’74 has been named the regional managing director of Colliers International, responsible for directing day-today operations of COllier’s four regional offices.  Spain has been affiliated with Colliers International since 1982, first as an industrial land and business park broker and then as the managing director of the Carlsbad office.
