Jacquetta Lannan J.D. ’06 has quit her job as a lawyer to start Chez Franc, a gourmet hot dog eatery (and food truck) set to open this summer in Palo Alto. She credits the California Program for Entrepreneurship at the Leavey School of Business for helping her make the career change.
