Siegal represents individuals and businesses — particularly in the financial, health care, technology, and government contracting industries — in state and federal trial and appellate courts, in arbitration, and before government agencies. His nationwide practice focuses on commercial disputes, government investigations, and regulatory proceedings, white-collar criminal defense and regulatory compliance issues.
