With charm and wit, Hugh “Wilson” Elliott III MBA ’67 could spin tales on nearly any topic—his childhood in Texas, his various sea adventures, or his many culinary discoveries. A Navy veteran and navigator of the USS Procyon, Wilson built a meaningful career at Pacific Telephone. Wilson embraced early retirement at 50 and dove into his hobbies: reading, traveling, and enjoying anything with wheels or sails. He traveled far and wide, visiting every U.S. state, crisscrossed Ireland, and visited friends in South America and Kenya.. Wilson died on July 11, 2025.
