Harry Ghiringhelli ’56 was drafted into the Army after college. When he returned to the states, Harry took over his family’s restaurant in Fairfax, California, Deer Park Villa, for more than 50 years. Harry and the love of his life, Jackie, eventually built a house on one corner of the Deer Park Villa property. Harry was known as a nurturing and attentive father to his two daughters, Joey and Carol, and an avid fisherman, duck hunter, and horseback rider. His biggest joys in life were being with, caring for, and feeding family and friends. At the end of Jackie’s life, Harry was a compassionate caregiver up until her death in 2021. Harry died on March 14, 2023
