Gordon Salisbury J.D. ’81 was a man of many talents—a lawyer, mediator, teacher, writer, and poker player. In 1970, he married Joyce, and together they raised their son. Gordon’s law career spanned over 30 years, where he advocated passionately for others, including sexual harassment victims and local nonprofits. He also found joy in playing poker, winning tournaments well into his 70s. His favorite motto—“Quit while you’re ahead”—served him well. Gordon died on Oct. 30, 2024.
