Biegel M.A. ’05 has just written her first book, The Stress Reduction Workbook for Teens: Mindfulness Skills to Help You Deal with Stress and her audio CD, Mindfulness for Teens: Meditation Practices to Reduce Stress and Promote Well-Being are currently available through Amazon.com. She is currently working locally as a psychotherapist.
