George Laurence Singewald Jr. ’60 on Feb. 8, 2009.  A native of San Jose, he worked as an assistant assessor for Siskiyou County for many years. He was a member of the I.O.O.F. Lodge #19 in Yreka and Elks #1980 in Yreka. He was active in Yreka youth baseball and football and North Siskiyou youth baseball. He is survived by his wife, Velzora; four sons; two step-sons; and 10 grandchildren.
