Genie Harrison J.D. ’92 was honored with the award of top female attorney of the year for 2017 by the International Association of Top Professionals. For over two decades, she has provided legal expertise and delivered results as a trial attorney and advocate for plaintiffs, being heralded by the Daily Journal as one of California’s top labor and employment attorneys for eight years. In 2016 and 2017, she was listed by Super Lawyers as one of the top 10 Southern California “Super Lawyers”—and was named No. 3 on its Top 10 list in 2017. In 2016, Super Lawyers profiled and featured Harrison on the cover of its magazine. For seven years she has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in the field of plaintiff’s employment litigation. Harrison is also the treasurer of Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the largest local trial bar association in the country. As a very active contributor to the bar, she looks forward to continuing to represent her clients and giving back to the community.
