Gayle M. Haworth MBA ’89 is the chief business officer for Symphogen A/S, a biotechnology company headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. Previously Gayle was senior VP of Abgenix Inc., the biotechnology firm, now part of Amgen Inc. In her extensive career in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, Gayle has held senior management roles in sales, marketing, business development and operations.

Gayle lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with her husband and their two rescue dogs, Diego and Zoe. Gayle and Phil also actively volunteer in their community to help non-English speaking adults and children improve their language skills and achieve academic success.
