After her graduated from Santa Clara, Francis E. Edden ’53 went to Germany as an artillery officer with the U.S.Army. He later earned a master’s degree in electrical engineering and began a career in computer systems engineering, working in advancing aircraft defense technology. Frank shared 56 years of marriage and six children with his wife. He died Jan. 28, 2022.
