Fabian S. Novak ’55 on Dec. 26, 2008.  After attending SCU on a football scholarship, he retired as a major in the U.S. Army after 22 years of active service. He worked for another 22 years as a civilian employee for the U.S. Army and Veteran’s Administration. The Vietnam veteran is survived by his wife of 53 years, Patricia; five children; and 11 grandchildren.
