Elisabeth Jones-Jordan MA ’81 had a passion for home decorating and was an exquisite cook. Liz, as she was known to those who knew her well, Liz earned her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Minnesota. She later received her Master’s degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University. Over the years, Liz worked in supervisorial roles, last working as Director of Education for the non-profit organization, Twin City RISE. She also enjoyed shopping at Goodwill and working around the yard. She and Walter had an uncanny way of finding houses with good bones, buying and then rehabbing them. They loved traveling together. Liz died Oct. 1, 2022.
