Elgin Harry Martin Jr. ’79 was born in San Jose and passed away at the age of 63 on Oct. 20, 2019. He was predeceased by his parents, Elgin Sr. Martin and Ruth Anne Martin (Gill). He is survived by his wife, Monica Freeborn; his children, Elgin III, Shannon, and Nicole; his grandchildren, Elgin IV, Miles, and Claire; his siblings, Kim Hamann ’71 (Butch Hamann ’71) , Cassie O’Maley (Pat), Kris Ravizza (Rick Ravizza ’71), Kari Steelman (Jim), Bob McFarlane (Glenda), and Patrick McFarlane ’95, as well as his niece Jamie Hamann ’00.
