Dori Yob Kilmer J.D. ’03 was named to Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list for 2016. In 2014, Yob Kilmer was elevated to a shareholder at Hopkins & Carley, making her the youngest shareholder at the firm. Shortly thereafter, she was appointed as the co-chair of Hopkins & Carley’s litigation department. She represents clients in complex real estate, land use, business, and commercial litigation matters. Dori currently serves as counsel to client Martins Beach in a high-profile beach access case. The 38-year-old also served for 5 years on the San Jose Planning Commission, including serving as chair. In 2015 she was also named one of the Silicon Valley’s Women of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. When asked to describe her future in one word, she said, "Dynamic."
